You are staring at THREE of my favorite things in the world... ✔️ Maple ✔️ Bacon ✔️ Pretzels
...put them all together and you get a super tasty, sweet and salty combo that's hard to resist. Just be careful you don't drool on them.
1 lb bacon
1 package candiquik or white chocolate
1 bag pretzel rods
2 Tblsp. Tom & Ma's Pure Maple Syrup
a few spoonfuls Maple Cream
Cook your bacon until it's crispy. Cool completely. Cut into bits.
Add your chocolate and Pure Maple Syrup (about 2 Tbls.) to a pan over low heat, stirring the syrup into the chocolate as it melts. We like adding the syrup right away because as it cooks, it becomes more flavorful!
Dip about 3/4 of each pretzel rod into the chocolate/syrup, place on baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Right away, sprinkle the bacon on the chocolate and use a spoon to drizzle Maple Cream on top. As they cool, the chocolate and cream will harden. Refrigerate to speed up this process. Enjoy!
